The space
Nestled on the first floor (no lift) of a charming three-story building 50mt from the lake shore, it offers 2 bedrooms (one with a big double bed and the other with a comfy double sofa bed, plus a baby cot if needed), a roomy dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom with a refreshing shower.
Don't miss the small balcony – perfect for morning coffee!

If you come by car the apartment offers a covered garage as well!

A really nice place

Very good flat, nice to stay and to enjoy the landscape, garage closeby available, communication with the hosts without any problems and fast, next door a bakery with delicious goods, across the crossing a well sorted supermarket and the water/ beach is less than 2 minutes food walk away. Recommandation! for up to 4 people (in 2 beds)

Charming space in a charming town. My sister and nieces were delighted with our stay. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the location can't be beat. A bakery, and nice grocery store, are literally next door and Lake Como is just down the street. Lovely little Bellano is a short wonderful walk along the lido. Fredrico is a great host. He responds immediately and pleasantly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Authentisch italienisch

In preislich moderaten Bellano an der Ostflanke des Comer Sees machen vor allem die Milanesi Urlaub; nicht-italienische Touristen tummeln sich in den überteuerten Hotspots Como, Bellagio und Menaggio. Die Altbauwohnung des Vermieterehepaars liegt im historischen Zentrum von Bellano und ist mit Mut zur Farbe, aber geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alles ist modern und zweckmäßig mit einer Prise Design. Was man im Hochsommer wirklich vermisst, ist eine Klimaanlage - auch nachts wird es dann in der Wohnung nie unter 30 Grad ... Toll ist, dass die direkten Nachbarn eine Panetteria betreiben, in der jeden Morgen herrliches Gebäck und zum Nachmittagskaffee traumhafte Kuchen gebacken werden. Die von der Mutter des Bäckers täglich im Steinofen hausgemacht Focaccia ist ein Gedicht. Vis-à-vis liegt ein Vollsortiment-Supermarkt. Zahlreiche gute bis sehr gute Restaurants, in der es wenig Pizza, aber dafür frische Seefrüchte-Gerichte und leckere regionale Fleischspeisen gibt, sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Sackstraße, an der die Wohnung liegt, endet in einem Grünstreifen, hinter dem - keine 150 m vom Haus - ein kleiner, aber romantischer Kieselstrand liegt. Rund um Ferragosto aber verwandelt sich der Strand in eine Seebühne mit Italiarock bis weit nach Mitternacht. Das muss man mögen oder sollte ansonsten nicht während der Sommerferien der Italiener dort Urlaub machen. Kurz: Ein Urlaubsdomizil mit Charme und umgeben von authentischer Italianità!
