The place was okay, but one of my issues was when I walked around in my socks. The floor was super dirty. I asked my friend who was in another room and he had the same issue. Both of us had dust and dirt on our socks. So they can definitely clean the floors. A little bit better rooms were a little small.But if it wasn't for the dust on our socks, I would have gave them a better review

Boa experiência.

Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento da recepção impecável. Café da manhã bom, entretanto senti falta de uma torradeira ou sanduicheira para aquecer os pães. O quarto tem um tamanho razoável e a cama é muito confortável. A porta do banheiro é de correr e é muito difícil de abrir por dentro pois não tem um puxador para auxiliar. O banheiro é bom mas necessita de atenção , os rejuntes do box estão desgastados dando a impressão de sujeira. A pintura do quarto merece uma atenção. As roupas de cama estavam encardidas, merecem uma reposição.No mais, tudo excelente.

Faltou limpeza no quarto por dois dias seguidos

O hotel tem boa localização. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários que são muitos são todos simpáticos e atenciosos. Adorei o kit boas vidas que foi 3 garrafas de água, 1 suco e 3 refrigerantes que está aí no frigobar . Além de 2 águas free por diária. Este mimo faz uma diferença . Só dou nota zero pela arrumação do quarto que tive que reclamar . A primeira vez ao chegar a noite o quarto não havia sido limpi e aconteceu no segundo dia tbm . Nos dois dias avisamos a recepção cedo e a recepção esqueceu de informar a camareira. Isto foi um desgaste desnecessário já que todo o hotel é muito limpo e as camareiras e arrumadeiras são muitos atenciosos.
