"The stay was descent . Minus the 4 hr wait on blankets no microwave in the room and to call front desk good luck because the line stayed busy.Oh pool was very cold so couldn’t enjoy the pool during the whole stay with my two kids . Went in one time and water was very cold …. "

"If you are relying on public transportation, and don't need to drive or park a car, this is a very nice hotel and budget friendly. Its clean and comfortable. For us, we were driving from PA and staying nearby to catch a flight at JFK the next day. Nearby parking garage was full at 8pm at night. We had to park on the street and make sure to move it in time because of alternate side parking. We found a spot that was in a truck loading only zone, but it was off hours. I wouldn't stay here again only bc of the parking issue. Staff was great, friendly, helpful. "

"For a cheaper night stay in New York, this hotel was perfect. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was extremely convenient and saved us the high cost of other services. Also there is a bus station right outside the hotel, which for a longer ride, allowed my group to easily get to the subway station and travel from there. Only thing to consider is that there isn’t great food options close by, so plan on eating out before coming back!"
