"This hotel really is 10/10, from the moment you arrive it’s welcoming, accommodating and everything any traveller would want. The food is great also!"

"Based on the photos online, we were excited about the trip. The view was great but considering we paid nearly £300 for 2 nights, the experience wasn’t so good. Room was tired, bathroom appeared dirty. The pool area wasn’t open. We couldn’t get drinks or access the terrace until 5pm. Breakfast was reasonable to good but on a whole, it’s wasn’t the stay that was portrayed in hotel pictures by a long shot. Staff basically couldn’t give a toss."
