"I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel "

"The room was absolutely lovely, but hard to find a member of staff when you need one due to checking taking place via the burrito place next door. Breakfast, for the price, had a completely insufficient vegetarian offering."

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean It would have been nice to have a fridge and a safe in the room to store my passport and valuables It would have been nice to have an iron and drawers to put things into. I stayed for 5 nights so all the above would have made the stay a better experience"
