"Nice hotel in lovely area of Stevenage. Good sized car park, room spacious and clean as were all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was a disappointment, sausages and bacon anemic so not very appealing..toast for me! "

"After an intial check in issue found the hotel once again with clean rooms comfortable beds and still in a great location. Special mention to the new duty manager who solved the initial issue in a proffesional and emphatic manner . Credit to the hotel and company. "Room was clean, fresh and comfortable with both a desk and a table and chair to relax. Staff were very welcoming."

"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there. The location is good and it does have private parking. The flat has potential if they cleaned it properly. They ask for a refundable deposit and an ID to stay. Since our departure and two emails later, we are still awaiting a reply and refund of our deposit. No reason at all to withhold our deposit. Other reviews on other platforms state the same issue, please be aware of this. "

"Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation. Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking. They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them. Expedia shouldn't allow this!"
