Saona Villas presents this pretty villa for 8 people with private swimming pool and located 5 km from the beach. It benefits from a beautiful location with a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.

Pleasant holiday villa for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you can enjoy its friendly setting with its large terraces and private swimming pool. It is only 5 minutes on foot from a small supermarket and 5 min. from different local restaurants. We are a quarter of an hour by car from the main seaside resorts: Moraira and Calpe.

Location and distances: Beach: 5 km. Supermarket: 100 m. Restaurant 2 km away. City center: 5 km.

Surface area & equipment: Habitable: approximately 130 m². Free WiFi Internet connection. Oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine. Air conditioning: 4 bedrooms.

Inside on one level: Veranda. Living room (with TV, DVD player) + dining room. Equipped kitchen. 3 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each) + air conditioning. 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds) + air conditioning. 2 shower rooms (+ WC).

Outside: Typically Mediterranean garden, with palm trees and cypresses, all on one level. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deckchairs. Outdoor terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue built. 3 private parking spaces.

ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €800 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
