"The air condition went out while we were out the second day. When we got back it was 80 degrees in the room. I called for service but no one was available to come out till the next day. Which was our checkout day. The windows had no screens so it was not really an option to keep them open . The next day I received a message with a picture of the thermostat showing it was 73* and they said there was no issue. Obviously it was an issue while we were there. I responded and got no response after that. The condo was great and so were the views. Unfortunately the last night was not."

"Absolutely an amazing place to stay! The property was a great size for our family of 3 but definitely could have fit more guests. The resort is off the beaten path to downtown Gatlinburg. However, we felt it was worth it. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown but plenty of restaurant options between. And if you didn't want to eat out, the kitchen had plenty of storage and cooking options. We had plenty to do on site even with it being the off season and the pool already closed. Our neighbors were close but we didn't hear anyone. The onsite hot tub was great and all the arcade games. The beds were comfortable. The only wish I had is that the TV in the family room had access to apps rather than just local cable. Neil responded to us quickly and also let us check in an hour early after our long travels. Highly recommend!"

"The property was amazing and the host was absolutely SUPERB. Everything was ready for us prior to our arrival, and they even had a team come and clean the driveway after a rain storm came through. I've been staying in the Gatlinburg area about 2 or 3 times a year for the last 30 yrs now. This was BY FAR one of the best vacations my family had together. Everyone was shocked when they realized ALL 9 bedrooms had their own restroom and shower. We plan on staying at this location again in the future. I would highly recommend it for larger families."

"Loved the cabin and seclusion it offered! Would have preferred a bit of a higher deck as we were visited by bears multiple times a day, during various times of day, and even had them up on our deck within an hour of getting there. This prevented us from enjoying the hot tub as much as the bears visited us during one excursion to the hot tub despite talking and using the radio as a deterrent. Also, the back door kept locking from the inside if shut all the way, which again caused an issue when the bears paid a visit while locked outside alone. Lastly, the only other concerns were a not very comfortable couch, a squeaky/jiggly staircase, and sticking doors- none of which impeded on our fun family time together!"
