"Good location. Staff during the day was nice. Lady at night was rude. Our room cleaner left our door open when they left but thankfully it wasn’t busy so no one broke in. They skipped our room all together one day. Room was outdated but large. Pillows are AWFUL. Beautiful pools and good parking. "

"Very convenient location in town, parking is a little tight but far from impossible. Nice enough for the price paid with comfy beds, but I am not sure if I would book again. My room was away from the pool which instead meant I was basically over top of the neighboring attraction, a haunted house! I’m not sure which would have been more serene and the shower left a lot to be desired (poor pressure and past prime shower head). Not a bad stay, just not as relaxing as I had hoped. "

Clean and comfortable
"Nice place away from the main thoroughfare of gatlinburg. A great choice with nearby artisan shops, state park hiking nearby and yet close to the main tourist attractions of gatlinburg. Bring EVERYTHING you need to suit YOUR stay. Our adult children came to visit during the day and the cabin was comfortable enough with visitors, the one bedroom left only room for two to overnight, which was very pleasant for us. This is a very nice cozy cabin but it is not is not fully loaded with necessities. We would stay there again."
