There's no staff onsite but access & check-in was seamless. It's easy to find & in pretty cool part of town, plenty of bars & cafes close by.

Great stay

Great online check in. Key pad entry to building and room so felt safe. Room was lovely, modern, v comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All v clean. Lift to room for cases. Great location, 10 min walk from train station and v close to the best little icecream place on the next street

A little bit far walking from the ugly train station, but definitely worth it. Great location with beautiful view from our room. Nice, simple design, very clean. Only the shower door were very noisy to close. Otherwise everything about this place was perfect.

The hotel was in a good location but lots of people hanging around on the streets around the hotel late at night which made me feel uncomfortable. Hard to get into the property as the instructions were sent in italian with no option of translating it. The room itself was lovely and just what I was after. Clean and cosy

Checking in was a nightmare. Spoken to as if I am stupid. No instructions sent before during or after. It took an hour to enter the front and then into the room itself. Very poor availability of staff to help over the phone.

We really liked the room and the location. Unfortunately we had problems getting into our room everyday. The day of arrival the code sent to us got us into the building but it took us 20 minutes to get into the room as there was a problem with the code and the link and the pad and no one to assist despite their message that there would be someone on site. Also called the phone listed and nobody answered. On day two we had same problem and the handyman on third floor was able to fix it after great difficulty and frustration. Next day same issue and nobody to help. We will not use this facility ever again given the continuous problem and worry of not being able to access our room. We were on vacation hoping to relax. This is very poor management of this property.

Romantic Weekend

Disappointed upon arrival that the bathroom had been neglected. No shower get or hand soap. Also the toilet roll was empty. I did want to shower as it was 10pm when we arrived. The next morning I spoke to the cleaner to rectify this. Other than that lovely room & great location

Un-manned hotel

Clean and good location, Hotel has no reception or staff on-site. Check-in was awkward and unclear. Code given for the Hotel front door did not work, which was inconvenient.

Check in poor. Couldn't drop off a case early. Had to fill complicated online form at the last minute to get room number and access code. Non attended reception. When got the code it didn't work. Took 35 minutes to check in. Room good though, modern and well located

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. They never sent us the access code for our room, so we had to contact them on WhatsApp before we could access the building. When we finally got to our room we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working (yes, we had closed all doors/windows). We contacted them again on WhatsApp, but only got a “Sorry, nothing we can do about that” in reply. The room was 28 degrees Celsius through most of the night. Having the windows open wasn’t really an option either because of the loud nightlife and music on the street below. Since they don’t have a manned reception they also don’t have any secure luggage storage. We had do drag our bags in the summer heat to a paid storage box facility 10 minute away from the hotel, of course at an extra expensive. Based on the poor communication and indifference to our guests experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotellet är obemannat vilket gör att der inte går att ge betyg för servcie. Vi träffade inte någon människa alls. Du registrerar dig i förväg och får en kod som gör att du kommer in genom dörren både i entren och till ditt rum. Det är väldigt smidigt om du inte vill stå och köa i en reception. En av våra vänner hade inte fått någon kod i förväg men någon svarade på angivet telefonnummer och ordnade det hela via Whatsup inom några minuter. Förbered dig innan du är framme så går det supersmidigt att ta sig in. Det finns trevliga frukostställen i närheten så det gör inget att frukost inte ingår. Hotellet har ett perfekt läge bara några minuter från Bergbanan mot Gamla Stan. Vi är jättenöjda.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja tilava huone. Huoneessa oli pieni jääkaappu (tyhjä) ja kassakaappi. Sisäänkirjautumisjärjestelmästä pieni miinus. Majoituskohteessa ei ole henkilökuntaa paikan päällä, joten check-in piti tehdä etukäteen netissä. Huoneeseen pääsi periaatteessa sisään numerokoodilla tai qr-koodilla. Numerokoodi ei toiminut ja qr-koodi avasi oven pienellä viivellä. Myös naapurihuoneen asukkailla tuntui olevan vaikeuksia ovikoodin kanssa.

I never received a key, passcode, or room number to enter or get to my room. I spent 30 minutes filling out the online check in on their website to not be able to get any information regarding my room. I highly recommend any nearby hotel with actual hotel reception that can help and assist.
