Berignone Forest Nature Reserve Holidays

The room was incredibly small and located on an unusual side, far from the other rooms near the stairwell. It was extremely hot, and the proximity to a main road made it unbearably noisy. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. My pregnant wife, who urgently needed to pee, was trapped in the stairwell area because our key wouldn’t open the door. We couldn’t even return to the elevator area since the key was useless. I had to descend four flights of stairs to the main road and enter the lobby. As a token of their inconvenience, they only gave me a small jar of honey. While I appreciate the gesture, I expected better accommodations. I would strongly advise against staying in this hotel.
