The house is conveniently located off WV Highway 522, providing easy access. However, due to its elevated position and surrounding hills, you may experience road noise.

It is important to note that the house has a septic system and therefore, you should only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Please refrain from flushing any other items.

Finally, with on-demand hot water, guests never have to worry about running out mid-shower!

Great Girls' Weekend

A home away from home

We couldn’t have picked a better house for our family to stay in for vacation. It had everything we needed to entertain 4 adults and 3 kids for a week. We would highly recommend this home to anyone! The detailed arrival instructions and the quick answers to our questions from Eric and April were fantastic.

Girls weekend

The cabin was super clean and well stocked with lots of activities. The owner was very kind and responsive ahead of and at the end of our stay. The pickleball/basketball court was so fun, and the owner had basketballs and pickleballs availabe to use so we didnt have to bring our own. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay in berkeley springs!

Rent this property! It’s a straight shot from town if you are going to do a spa trip to Berkeley Springs. The house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and clean. Big comfy beds and plenty of spaces to set a vibe. The owner is kind and easy to communicate with. It made for the perfect moms night away.

A perfect getaway

What a perfect spot for a family reunion and celebration! The basement game room was a popular spot throughout the weekend. The bedrooms and gathering spaces are all comfortable and cozy. And the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare big meals. The proximity to Cacapon State Park was also ideal. I would not hesitate to return!

June 2024 stay

We had a great time staying at this property. Our stay was two families with kids ranging from two 2 years old - 8yrs. It was very accommodating when it came to accessories for the babies and both families having their own space. The sport court was really cool and we enjoyed multiple games on the court and inside the house! The court was just built so I would imagine there will be some sort of barrier put up so you don’t have to chase the balls down the hill ha. Overall a great property!

Exceptional Property.

This rental is really exceptional and we all enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and one child and each couple was able to enjoy sleeping in a king bed. The hot tub water was clean and clear. The sports court was a ton of fun, everyone enjoyed playing basketball, volleyball and pickleball. And the fire pit is amazing too. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit in the future. Really love that it is so close to Cacapon Park. We visited the park daily for hiking, fishing frisbee golf and some of us even got pedicures at the resort spa. We highly recommend this rental.

Nice, but not very secluded

This space was very nice. The sport court, game room and bonfire pit were amazing. The house space was smaller than it looked in pictures but sufficient. Most disappointing was that we were on a main road and could hear busy traffic all day and night. Also, we could hear the neighbor’s dog and their early morning shotgun practice. The host was amazing and if you don’t mind the things mentioned it is a great space!

Absolutely perfect stay!

Amazing home, exactly as described! We spent 4 lovely days with friends, 3 adults and 3 teenagers and our dog Louie and had a blast. There are so many wonderful points about the house: the comfy beds, the fantastic game room, the cozy and inviting living area, and the state-of-the-art kitchen that invited us to home cook our every meal during our time at n Berkeley Springs. But it’s the little things that warrant mentioning: the bluetooth speaker systems, Apple+ tv, and the sturdy manufacturing that guaranteed quiet, restful sleeps after long days of hiking. Eric was a wonderful host- super responsive and accommodating, and allowed us an early check-in and to add our friends to the reservation a few days before check-in. TIP to find a very walkable trail that leads to Cacapon State Park(!!): walk past the hot tub, towards the back of the house, and keep going - the trail begins right after the garage of the neighboring property. We’ll be back!!

The Best Vrbo Experience I have Ever had

This was an amazing experience both with regards to the house and its amenities, and the customer service. Eric was extremely responsive to any questions or issues that arose. Also, we were extremely impressed with the house. It was fully stocked with games, kitchen supplies, streaming services, and even a very nice Bluetooth speaker! If you haven't stayed at one of Eric's properties before, you need to before you kick the bucket.

Relaxation and fun in a private serene setting

My partner and our boys had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The game room was perfect for our 5 boys. Pool table, air hockey all kinds of board games and a huge tv for all of us to watch movies and sports! I especially loved the hot tub with a view of the trees and secluded privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, everything we could need for our big family dinners. Beds were super comfy and we enjoyed ending the evenings on the porch in front of the fire pit. Can’t wait to book this great home for our longer summer vacation and roam around the cute down town area in Berkeley Springs. Recommend this wonderful home 5 plus stars all around!
