Very helpful & accommodating staff.

Great location for shopping and in front of the U Bahn so easy to get around. Only fault I noticed was there is no vending machine for drinks/snacks should you get peckish in the wee hours....but wouldn't let this put me off staying there again as hotel is wonderful.

The rooms are clean and well-designed. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms overlooking the park have a beautiful view. The breakfast was outstanding.
I had a cargo package and the reception staff received it on my behalf; I thank them again for that. Just one small criticism: there should be more power outlets in the rooms!

The hotel is very central if you’re planning a visit. It’s in the middle of Alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg Gate among other tourist attractions.
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and are all happy to help.
The only negatives I would have are the cleanliness of the rooms and the heat in the room. On a few occasions I found femal hairs in the bed linen and on the towels - I am a male wih short hair so wouldn’t have been me -
