"Wohnung roch nicht gut, wahrscheinlich durch viele Teppiche. Wohnungstür -Schloss defekt-schwer zum öffnen. Toilettenspülung defekt. Küche sehr ungepflegt: Besitzer wohnt selbst in dieser Fewo-in allen Schränken private Sachen. Kann man sich nicht so richtig wohl fühlen. Hatten schon viele Fewos, das hatten wir noch nie."

In 5 Minuten ist man bei einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle für die Fahrt in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am hinteren Eingang des Parks Sanssouci. Empfehlenswert."

We were apprehensive about accessing with an app but Urs and Team answered our queries promptly and we had no problem getting in. Very close to the S and U Bahn made getting in to central Berlin easy. One minor query during our stay was also reponded to quickly."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was gorgeous and much bigger than it appears on the photographs. Very well equiped and plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The beds were really confortable and the whole experience felt luxurious and special. The check in procees did cause us some anxiety as we havnt used this system before but Urs was really helful and made sure we were got into the property just fine. Would absolutely stay here again. "Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung entsprechen exakt dem aktuellen Stand. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und ein extrem gutes italienisches Restaurant ist keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Leider gibt es aber auch ein paar Probleme: Es gibt vor Ort keine Parkmöglichkeit, so dass man sein Auto in einem der nahe gelegenen Parkhäuser abstellen muss (was im Extremfall zusätzlich 20€ pro Tag kosten kann!).
