The hotel was great, the check-in experience not so much, the receptionist could have been a little more sociable and engaged. The hotel itself was clean and in a good spot.

Second time to stay here. Rooms are compact bur everything you need is there. Coffee fantastic downstairs. Great location. Will be back again.

Ibis Budget Berlin City Potsdamer Platz
Staff were courteous and daily housekeeping - like a hostel with your own bathroom. I stayed for 7 nights but only had breakfast once - not a big eater. Food choices were typical. Plenty of good cafes in walking distance every direction. Bed was comfy and lots of clean towels - great place to stay ...
