Only negative is what’s the point of those stupid auto check in machines, they are fiddly to use , and they don’t issue keys… so you then have to queue again to collect your key at the desk. Pointless "

"Everything about thks hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was possibly the best hotel bed i have slept on. The check in was easy and modern, the only slight issue was we were on the 7th floor and the lift system was hugly confusing at first. But all in all a great experience "

"Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."
