Property located ideally for transport links around Berlin. Well furnished and comfortable although in some places the wall painting is a bit shabby and needs repainted but that was no big issue, cleanliness was very good. Nearby roadworks meant at peak times there was quite a bit of noise, the sirens from the emergency services making the way through the roadworks was particularly noisy. However, that cannot is not the responsibility of the property owner. Overall for a three night stay, and for the short time we were actually in the property, we found it suited our needs albeit a bit expensive. No hesitation in recommending to future travellers.

We liked the accommodation but both times we arrived; first arrival and at night when we came back after being out the codes a) hadńt arrived, b) didn’t work and we had to call the hotline. When we arrived it took ages to reach someone and we had to reschedule our plans for the evening. People on the phone were nice and helpful, but it was quite a hassle as we were standing around with our luggage, first in the drizzle then in the corridor. The second time it was late at night and we were tired. They need to sort this issue out.

This was an excellent find. The location was a little away from the tourist stuff but it was close other more intimate neighborhoods. We used scooters to move about the city. great time. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the television and it was fixed right away. I would definitely recommend this Limehome Property.

This is relative but it was amazingly located near the U Bahn (3 stops to Fredricstrasse), the supermarket and a luscious bakery nearby. The staff were amazingly patient and helpful with directions, inquiries and printing of airline boarding passes etc. Also the cafe area was very inviting and well staffed. Our apartment may have needed a little bit of a spruce up but overall it was well provided and much more than adequate. However, we did have problems with the door keys. The location was at the upper end of quiet and respectable. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, great location. Thin small towels. NOTE: they close at 4 pm—if you have a late flight that means picking up your stored luggage at an inconvenient, unexpected time.

Well presented and comfortable
Clean, well presented and comfortable accommodation. Quiet and conveniently close to Schwartzkopffstrabe metro station. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but a few are available. Supermarket within walking distance. No washing machine in the apartment we stayed in but some apartments have a washing machine it seems.

Great studio apartment in a fantastic location. It was super convenient to have coffee and breakfast available right in the “lobby.” We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travelers headed to Berlin.

A nice hotel
A nice apartment, spacious and clean with friendly staff. Remember to buy food in weekdays as all resturant and shops were closed near the hotel on Sundays

Great!! Would return again!
We only stayed here for one night during a layover in Berlin but we had a great experience. The room was clean and very cute. They served breakfast in the cafe downstairs and it was really good. The server Tang was awesome!!! Super friendly and helpful as we tired to figure out what to do for the day. Would recommend to family and friends!

The property was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed for a week long city break. Staff were friendly and spoke good English after I fumbled with German! In a good location 5 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station (Schwartzkopffstraße) Lots of places in the local area for breakfast, lunch and dinner and only a short hop from Central Berlin!

Slightly out of the Center , but makes up for this by being a perfect apartment . It is very private and ideal for single or couple occupancy . The room I stayed in was perfect . Tastefully decorated and the kitchen was perfect with all amenities including dishwasher and clothes washing machine . Big balcony and vast floor space .

Pointless having tv if it only caters for German speaking clients, the room was v hot, few pillows so hardly slept the first night. Said iron and ironing board in room but had to ask and no tea or coffee just s handfull of sugar sachets. The staff were great and helpful but not impressed with the apartment.

Very nice accommodation. Access was a breeze even with our late arrival due to their key lockers at the front door. Close to u6 underground line so travel to and from city centre very easy.

Near but far...
Not a bad place as such but the fact that it's kind of far from everything even though it's so close to the city center is somewhat annoying. Not many restaurants or cafes around. Our stay was further complicated but the near by renovation work which started with a loud jackhammer noice at 7:30 am and seemed to last forever.
