Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble.
The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

Very nice clean hotel . We had a fabulous view from the 24th floor.
Menu looked disappointing for the type of food on offer and there is a modern food court within ten mins walk with more choice and better prices. Don’t stay out late though as hotel bar shuts early.
The area immediately outside the hotel is not great and the nearest pubs are decidedly sketchy. Caerleon is a ten minute £10 cab ride away for some lovely pubs restaurants and museums.

"Room was cleaned to the standard of a B&B as expected. There was no hot water. Instead it was dirty water coming out so meant no shower could be had. I didnt bother complaining as it was for one night and felt like it was the norm. Pool was useful to have for the kids. Staff were kind on arrival ..."
