"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."

"The hotel was run down, we checked in went to order a meal and was told the only thing left on the menu was a turkey roast dinner. The spa was a joke. the bedroom, had no working bed side lights or phone charging sockets. the TV did not have BBC!!! Not a good stay. I don't know how the room rate was justified, i feel let down as i use Hotel.com all the time and don't expect to find a hotel as bad as this on your web site. Unhappy Stuart"

"The hotel was fantastic. A great location with plenty of parking. The room was big and clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. The spa was amazing and help you relax after a long day exploring North Wales."

"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."
