"Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . "

"Had a lovely 3 day break here, room was lovely. Great breakfast and really helpful friendly staff"

"Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning of the room was great, high standard and lovely cleaning lady. Breakfast choices limited for us personally. Mindful of the level of noise from outside traffic depending on the room. A/C was temperamental and had to keep the door open at night hence all the noise from outside being an issue. Would recommend staying if you want good clean room and perfect location."

"The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11 PM. Only then did they suddenly arrange another room for us. The replacement room was much better and comfortable, which showed that a solution was possible from the beginning. The issue was not the hotel itself, but the way the situation was handled by the staff. Better customer service and professionalism would have made a big difference."
