"Definitely recommend this B&B, from the warm and friendly welcome, to the beautifully clean accommodation, and lovely fresh breakfast. To the great location for exploring the castle and surrounding area. "

"Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. "

"No aircon and windows opening onto a busy main road are not a good start. Tables in restaurant very sticky but food was surprisingly good. Not good enough for £120.00 per night. Half that and I wouldn't complain."
