Overall a fine place to stay but I'm surprised current reviews are quite so high -- afterall, a warm and friendly welcome should be expected...

"We stayed here for 2 nights as was seeing take that the circus tour ,when we arrived we got a friendly welcome everything was explained to use and was close to train station and places to eat ,the room was clean and comfortable as well, bad points were there wasn't a breakfast option and the the car park is really small we had to park on opposite side of road at 1 point in our stay ."
