"The hotel was in a good place, not too far from the town centre and also easy to get back onto the M5. It was also good having the free car park with ample spaces. The staff were helpful. The only downfall the mattresses are very soft and when there are 2 of you in bed you both end up rolling into the middle together. The walls are quite thin and we could hear someone in the next room plugging something in and unplugging it again."

"Fabulous courtyard room spotlessly clean shower room stayed a little damp after showering especially the floor but great amenities would def stay again. Food also good in the evening despite a delay in ordering due to a party of 90 even though we were residents thought this was a little harsh as people having food around us but had to wait until 8 .
