I was up on the 2nd floor so had to go up a lot of stairs with my heavy suitcase. The shower didn't function well. The water was either very hot or very cold.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The living room/dining room combo was a great place to hang out before heading to bed. The location was perfect, close to all of old town and right off the Royal Mile. Add to that, the locker luggage storage was most welcome before and after checkout.

Room had broken window latch so window wouldn’t shut. The security hasp (locking bar) on the door to the room was broken (clearly had been forced in some way) so didn’t feel very secure. Dusty lightbulbs and mould patches on sealant in bathroom. 4th time we have stayed and very disappointed this ...
