"Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street. I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service. Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!"

"Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!"

"Excellent location, at the old quarter. You can walk to Hoan kiem lake, train stress, church, etc. You dont need taxi to go Uptown and Midtown places. Breakfast options are good."
