"We had a lovely stay, I’d booked last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect as we usually stick to premier inn hotels as my son has autism and doesn’t like anything different. This hotel was great, clean, comfortable, the heating was very efficient and the staff were brilliant. The lady who checked us in was very understanding of my son’s needs and she really did go out of her way to make us feel welcome,‘nothing was too much trouble. My son really enjoyed his stay and asked if we can stay again some time. "

"Great stay welcomed by friendly staff . lovely large well decorated and equipped room. Restaurant is lovely great menu the monkfish and the duck breast dishes where fantastic. They found themselves a great chef . Will be back soon "

"Excellent facilities and very clean room. Very quiet. Only downside was radiators on full all night and could not be turned down/off so very hot. "

"The room was spotless,comfortable and well equipped. Loved the under floor heating in the bathroom. Sunday dinner was very good and Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed in one of the suites with a 4 poster and it was lovely. It was in the older part of the hotel so it had great character. Bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. "

"The house was pretty much as photographed, except there was more cosmetic damage throughout and clutter on the bench tops. We could not locate a plug for the kitchen sink and the garage was quite messy with full bins. Our stay was comfortable and we had booked only for the location, not the accommodation specifically so it was fine. All instructions were clear and the house was easy to navigate. "

"A very friendly and accommodating hotel. We loved staying at this place for 3 nights. The only downside was that on the last morning they did take away the breakfast menu selection without a reason. Then on our way out of the restaurant we noticed that some had been given a choice from the menu. Overall a great hotel though."
