"The room I stayed in was really nice, very comfortable , roomy, cosy and had everything needed with some nice unique extras and touches. it had an old inn look with teak beans with modern touches as tv kettle iron etc., staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant areas, outside patio looked good but it was a winter with hail and snow. Full breakfast was excellent and I also had fish & chips in the restaurant it was same, there was a limited main food menu with a couple of items not available, but I was very pleased with my choice. Located @2 miles from Heacham @4 Hibstanton was ideal, I even got a £10 gift voucher to spend on drink or food as a welcome from the hotel group. An excellent hotel all round in my view I would fully recommend it and pick staying there as my first choice in the area."

"A wonderful stay, friendly staff, comfortable clean room with very large bed. Amazing breakfasts and evening food. Safe parking and lovely location. Only minor issue was it was advertised on Expedia as separate shower and bath when in fact it was shower over bath. Thank you for looking after us."

"Nice warm welcome, room was better than we expected at the price, Hot drinks available in room , parking next to room, tv with sky, but only watched the bbc news, Breakfast was excellent nicely cooked, nothing was too much trouble as I went slightly off menu, good price. bar in the evening had a nice friendly crowd in, overall a very good place to stop"
