Very disorganised,stay elsewhere.
I booked this room about 4 weeks in advance so plenty of time to organise the property for our arrival.Turned up & there was only 1 double bed for 3 of us phoned up to complain tried to charge for an extra room even though the room I booked was supposed to have a double + sofa bed. There was no bedding what so ever in the entire building not 1 pillow or duvet.Told to go to another property arrived and guess what no bedding again.Eventually turned up with bedding after I got very irate on the phone.
Would never use again & suggest everyone give these people a wide berth.
It is difficult to locate with Sat Nav but the information provided by the establishment is straightforward and made it easy to locate. The overall service was superb and very generous with info and

Basic
Unattended house. Key codes very easy to guess. Comfy bed and chair, nice bedlinen. Also a large broken bookcase. Kitchen cupboard labelled with an invitation to help oneself to coffee and tea, contains empty coffee jar and one teabag. Washing up liquid is watered down. Hand soap dispenser contains same liquid. Signs of cleaning, but not thorough. Bath plug conceals huge stash of hair. Very convenient for me, but lacks most touches which would make it pleasant.
The room was clean and comfortable. I have left a neutral face for service as I didn’t see anyone when I arrived, I received details on entry etc before I arrived by text. The people I did see were friendly, although not English, (it made me feel guilty for not learning different languages at school) and although friendly I don’t know if they owned the house or were just staying there like I was. The bathroom was shared. No TV in the room, which is ok if you’re meeting friends etc, but being there on my own I was quite bored. There is a communal kitchen where you can cook etc, and there are shops/supermarket/takeaways nearby.. overall not a bad stay for the price. But next time I would probably stay in a hotel with private bathroom and tv etc. Nothing against the place in general or the owners, just my preference

Room in very basic house share
This is more of a hostel than a hotel. It is a very basic room in a shared house. There is no check in, you have to contact a number to be sent a code for the combination lock on the front door. This is then only one digit different for each room (and very obvious how it differs) so doesn’t feel remotely secure. I was lucky enough to have my own bathroom which promised free toiletries but both dispensers were empty. The shower didn’t drain so be prepared to stand in a pool of water. The room is not as nice as the one pictured, there is a communal kitchen which again, promised tea and coffee but no one had bothered replenishing stocks. The whole thing reminded me of a university house, aside from the fact you’re sharing with strangers not your best friends. All for the well overpriced privilege of £82 for one night.

Cheap, quiet, hassle free.
Just OK. It looks like Student digs but was clean and quiet with a large, well equipped bedroom and clean shared bathroom. Parking is a problem, the host suggested I park about 600 metres away in quite a run-down area of town. The host was very helpful though and I would have no problem using this accommodation again.

Disliked: Room comfort
There were people in the house that are not aware of other guest in the rooms and therefore were around the communal sitting room half dressed. The bedroom was filthy with hair in the mattress and the bathroom was full of another person mess with their hygiene bring an issue. The kettle and kitchen cupboards were also not clean. The WiFi was great quality and could handle watching a programme. Fridge freezer are plentiful with enough room to store content. There is a Sainsbury’s close to your building which was easy to get to and away from there with a kfc that was useful and you can access this from the main roads.
You were asked not to park on the front of the house but I did not but other guest did go this. The house can be not secure if the password on the box is not then changed before you leave. Other than that it was fine.
