Comfortable, convenient but basic

Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning

The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me!

This is a subdivided residential unit. It's small and does not have a table for eating. We found that it was missing some basic amenities like bedding for the second bed, hand soap and tea towels. There was also a party above us the night we stayed. The host was responsive on WhatsApp. I would not stay again.

Showers not working - No hot water

Terrible stay, the place smelt, the hot water and showers weren’t working, tried calling them 10 times but no one answered the phone or WhatsApp, they asked me to send a video of the showers which I did and confirmed that’s they could see in the video it wasn’t working and said they would send an engineer to fix it but no one turned up, said they would give compensation but nothing has been given and they are not responding to messages after now claiming the showers work fine with no proof
