"Room lovely and clean,bed very comfortable, I'd have liked a top sheet as I found the duvet too warm but no cover, too cold, if I'd been staying longer than just one night I'd have asked and I'm sure I would have been provided with one. Lovely breakfast,choice of cooked or continental. Plenty of tea and coffee provided.
The shower was over the bath which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I used the leisure facilities and found it difficult to get into the Jacuzzi, a hand rail would be useful, again everywhere was clean and staff helpful (especially the waitress from Wigan!)"
