"I was planning on staying a week as was having work done on my house , however thanks to following , Front desk : Ken,alessio,jess,nick,hanin, Bar :kamran brilliant most friendly staff House keeping :asked if room needs servicing everyday by knocking on room door brilliant welcoming couldn't do enough Restraunt staff brilliant Big big thank you Ended up staying 3 half weeks . Recommend this hotel all day long"

"Hotel was clean and comfy. The standard is like a Premier Inn, it does the job and is comfortable. For the price you can't fault it. The bar and food were nice and staff were great. If you join the loyalty programme you get 10% off your first order so make sure you do that. The pool area was really nice, with a nice pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it was a bit busy but you would expect that at the weekend. Overall good value for the price."

"Nice hotel. Great location. Easy check in. Friendly reception staff. We were given a disabled room (not disabled) but great sized bathroom. A shame the dove soap by one of the sinks was watered down. Disappointing for a 4 star. Good choice at breakfast. Staff a bit keen on clearing our table. Still had full cups of coffee and juice. Returned after collecting more food and our table had been cleared. We were lucky no one sat in our seats. Overall a good stay and would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Village Hotel Solihull! The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the facilities are excellent. The location is fantastic and very convenient, and the large amount of parking available is a real bonus. The kids really enjoyed the stay too, which made it even more enjoyable for us. Overall, a great hotel and a lovely experience - we would definitely stay again!"
