"The lift was our main complaint for the stay, it seemed to have a mind of its own and many people we shared the lift with said they'd been on it for longer than they needed to be as it never took them to where they wanted to go initially! Also, the door to enter the property didn't work and parking wasn't very well marked out but the people in the parking area were very helpful and polite and so were all the staff at the hotel, breakfast was delicious also, just don't recommend staying in a higher floor if you don't like waiting for almost 20minutes to get a lift that isn't already full with people!"
