"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "We had an excellent stay in a castle room- you could really get the old building vibes but in a renovated room! The property itself is well maintained and beautiful, the staff are very kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. An absolutely wonderful stay! "
