STRICTLY No Parties! Any sign of parties and immediate eviction plus a £250 Fee will be immediately charged.

STRICTLY No Smoking! Feel free to smoke outside of the property with the door shut however our lovely home is a smoke free zone. Sensitive smoke detectors will inform us of smoking and a £250 Fee will be immediately charged.

Be Careful with your key, should a call out be needed and/or a replacement key needs to be cut there is a £100 Charge.
