Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was clean to a high standard Sea view was spectacular taking into account a broken window Staff were warm and welcoming Shops are within close proximity You have easy access to the tram for travel to North Station, Fleetwood Ferry, Cala Gran, Affinity 1 And most of all the World famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Staff were lovely, hotel is great location, very dated and felt dirty in some of the outside room areas, shower was hot and did what it needed to do, room had kettle tv ect, bed was surprisingly cumfy, for the price you pay its served its purpose, it says parking available but no mention you have to pay, £15 for 24 hrs.
