I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent.

The property is in very good condition. It is modern and looks to have been renovated in the not too distant past. There were minor issues with the fridge and dining room chairs when we arrived. We contacted Granada and the pleasant owner came around the next morning to see what could be done to fix things. There is a tram stop close by and the trip into Blackpool town only takes about 15 minutes. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket in close walking distance. There is parking available in designated areas behind and in front of Granada. The area where the apartment is situated is pleasant - from what we saw, nicer than much of Blackpool. There is a small elevator in the building. The only downside, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that we were disturbed by stomping feet in the apartment above one evening - I don't know whether it was poor soundproofing, exceptionally noisy neighbours, or both, but it was annoying.

Fabulous seafront Apartments
Stunning apartments throughout. Had an amazing stay and definitely will be booked again very soon. There is more than enough parking for all guests and the apartments are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Thank you Granada Apartments for a wonderful weekend.

It was OK, we were 5 guys on a laid back day away. We kept having a guy (there who said he was the manager) ask us to be quiet and I definitely say we were not particularly loud. It didn't effect our trip too much but it was annoying.

We try to ensure all guest enjoy they're stay with us. This is why our onsite manger who has approached you concerning noise has informed you of out 11pm house rule to keep the noise levels to a minimum as stated when booking with us. Granada Apartments
The only problem was the scaffolding rattled all night against the window & the person using the lounge as a bed didn’t sleep at all as it kept them awake. The pull out bed was broken and wouldn’t attach to the sofa so it would have been a disaster if it was two people sleeping in the double sofa bed. Fortunately it was only one person. Otherwise a wonderful apartment.

Beautiful clean apartment
Communication with the host was great. He rang me the day before our arrival to take security deposit and give advice on parking and door entry codes. He greeted us with warm crepes on arrival which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a wet day out. Beautiful clean apartment, very modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I give this Accomodation a 4/5 star rating, the communication, the cleanliness, the decor, everything is set for a luxury break, it’s a shame we only stayed one night.

Thank you for the nice review. What shell we do to gain the last of the 5 stars? We fitted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispenser in the shower, many big smart TVs, some flats have dishwashers, we have free wifi, fre carpars and there is a free cot in each flat an iron and ironboads. Is there anything missing?

Had another excellent stay at granada apartments. Was greeted on arrival and shown to our room. Beds we're big and comfy, apartment was spotless and clean. Would highley recommend.

Second stay at this location. Different apartment (others booked up) it was for 9 people a bit strange having four beds and sofa bed in lounge but ideal for family with small children well equipped kitchen/dining room patio doors to private courtyard. Definatley can't wait till our next stay

Thank you for the good review. It is a bedroom where the 4 single beds are. The lounge is with the kitchen. This is the only flat with sleep 9. Flat 5 and 8 are nicer with the sea view but can only have 7 guests.

The Best Place
This place is superb. The layout of flat is really great and very specious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need while on holiday. The bathroom is really very nice with nice powerful shower. The location of this property is fantastic. You will get everything you need as soon as you are out. The owner Mr. Rene is gentleman. He is really extremely helpful. We loved our stay there. We will never look for any other places as long we get the booking available here. We have stayed in flat 9. Thanks Rene for everything.😄😄😄😄👍

Room with a view
Easy check in, clean well equipped apartment. A little out of it but all essential shops takeaways cafes restaurants a stone's throw away. owner Rene a phone call away if needed nothing to much trouble would definatley recommend can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent property
We had an excellent stay at the property. Was greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. The apparent was very clean and spacious with everything you need. The whole building is very clean and modern and is all contacless. In a very good location with a tram stop right outside. would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Definitely a recommend for a Blackpool stay
Firstly Rene is an absolute gentleman and will make you feel really welcome and totally at home in his apartments. Value for money it was a really good deal and the location is superb with the most incredible sunsets over the road. During our stay there were builders next door who started at 8.00am which was a pain but unfortunately was not in Renes control. We stayed in apartment 3 which was really nice and clean but did have noise from the above apartment which was apparent each morning. We will return in September with friends but will choose one of the sea view apartments which were really lovely. I am a harsh reviewer but overall this is a well recommneded stay in Blackpool.

When you lift the box in the sofa bed there should be a double duvert, 2 pilows, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and a fitted sheet. If you can't find it I would expect that you contact me.
