hotel was pleasant staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were clean and comfortable.also it is situated very close to pleasure beach and tram stop and bus stop very close also close to train station

Hostel with a bar
Room terrible very small one chair that you couldn’t get to and a shelf. Bathroom very basic. Corridor needed cleaning. Staff lovely breakfast good. This hotel needs a lot of money spent on it, to bring it to 2 star standard.

Nice location just around the corner from the pleasure beach. However the hotel was ok people were nice who worked there we were put on the ground floor around the back and it actually had a smell like sick and urine on the coridor which me and my 8yr old son had to run to our room to avoid. We got up the 1st mornin to no breakfast to which they ran out of food so we had to go walkabout to find somewhere. Other than that the rooms were comfy and we was out most of the time we were in blackpool so wasnt to bad in the end

Checked in and checked out, while the guy working behind the desk was nice, the hotel itself was embarrassing and in need of being totally demolished. The walls are paper thin and you can hear other guest arguing, and given its Blackpool you can expect at least some of them will be drunk. Our room was rancid, mould around the windows, one of the windows was taped shut, the tv box was taped to stop the batteries falling out (which I found funny as it reminded me of my tv box as a child), the beds were uncomfortable, ripped and dirty, picture frame was hanging upside down, the decor was old and dated and the carpets could have been out of a stable. In summary, I wouldn’t advise this hotel unless you have been evicted from your home and the council are using it as a scatter flat, and even at that the beach might be your better option. The owners clearly only care about making money, with little to no emphasis on there guests. We also got charged for breakfast, this was never refunded, maybe just a simple error but still.

We got 2 rooms here a double and a family. The double room semt ok however there were a few stains on the pillowcases and something sticky inside the towels. The family room was appauling, personally I don't think it had been cleaned for a long time. There were dark hairs on the towels on the sheets and on the pillows along with stains, there was coffee on the floor down the side of the bed and the cups were stuck to the sideboard. The tiles were broken in the bottom of the shower along with a hole on the inside of the bathroom door. The room was tiny and the wallpaper was ripped. You could hear everyone talking and walking as the walls are paper thin. We were given another room to swap for this one which was a lot cleaner and more spacious however the bathroom was tiny and there was a foul smell in the room and the corridor leading up to the room. We only had one night left so opened a window and thought we'd deal with it. We asked for extra pillows and were told we'd get some sent up however we never got any. The place looks run down inside and out, I wouldn't recommend this place and I certainly won't be staying here again.

Made us feel at home.
Great hotel and great greeting by the Hotel Manager on arrival made us feel welcome from the start and until the end of our 2 night stay. Great location and free car parking which is rare for BLACKPOOL right opposite the pleasure beach. All in all this hotel is great value for money.

Lovely hotel friendly clean amazing breakfast
I booked this hotel up because sounded ok and we just wanted a clean one place to lay our heads. We got more Lisa the lady wile we was there was amazing and lovely and helpful over all the stay we had 4 rooms and all were big clean and lovely I am a big guy and even the bath room was big I could move around loads and shower was lovely. The bar was great on New Years could not Fault it no act but was great fun still and Lisa got the music going and party started. The breakfast was all can eat bless her and the lady on with her trying to do loads but every one went down in one go so was busy and had to wait a wile but don’t matter bacon was lovely not cheap and same with the other food was great not bad for the price. We we are going back in august and prob again for New Years and that’s because Lisa did amazing job and made it so lovely a very good credit to her.

Welcoming stay
Very warm welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay and very close to promonade, pleasure beach and local amenities. Small but comfortable room and buffet breakfast option for only £5 that was well worth the money. Licensed Bar and vending machines on the property and overall a very nice place to stay

This wasn't a great overnight stay for our family. The reception desk wasn't staffed when we tried to check in or when we needed to speak to someone about there being no heating or hot water in our room and ensuite. When we did report the lack of heating and hot water to shower the children we were told to wait 10 minutes and try again, still didn't get any heat or hot water.

I liked the food and people were nice but a bit rowdy and loud all about drinking and loud music, room was filthy and punched holes in bathroom door, feaces on floor and bed and sheets dirty wet carpet, to be put in a family room you would expect it to be clean!!! Didn’t have numbers on the doors of room either! Very disappointed tbh but for a 3 * what do you expect!!
