Terrible..SCAM!!
We turned up at the correct check in time, no one was at the property, we called and knocked the door but no answer. We had to check in to another b&b and pay again! Absolutely shocking, we had our 6 year old with us as well! I want a refund otherwise I will take it further, I have tried to contact yourselves but no response!!!

Booked 1 night bed and breakfast, when we arrived was told breakfast is not now available, had to ask for towels, then told there was only 1 small hand towel available for a family of 4! no bin in room, room decor very dated and abit grubby, stained carpets and walls etc. Also as soon as we entered the room my 6yr old son picked up a small knife blade which had been left on the table. Overall not the worst hotel but certainly not the best, won’t be staying there again unfortunately.

No towels ,nobody to take the keys ,the room was smelly the beds were dirty it was more like a doss house for tramps than a bnb .will never stop there again ,if i had my way i wouldnt have paid. Disgusting hovel.

I'm sorry you felt this way, however as I explain to all guests extra towels are available from the downstairs essentials cupboard, which all guests are allowed to use. If you had easier all this concerns while you was staying I would of been able to address them. As for taking the keys, as you checked out very early I was still within the back, but if you had rang the bell, which was explained on the sign you clearly read as shown on the CCTV I would of came to collect them.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however I don't see why the shower room was broken, as all our showers are tested weekly to ensure they work.

Where do I start.. it was definitely not what it said. The room's was disgusting wallpaper coming off mould in shower's bedding mould aswell as damp everywhere. Although Paul was very welcoming and friendly this hotel should be inspected. I will NOT be going again

Was very small and needed a good paint and was nothing in room apart from a bed a TV way no remote or no fresh towels kettle or iron and needed a good clean

We're sorry this has happened, as we had a family party in the night before whom left the room late and in quite a bad state, we had to rush to room ready for 2pm. But again we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

It was in a good location but the room needs to be in proved as the decoration was a bad colour up to that it would of been a lovely b&b

Last minute booking. Wouldnt stay again.
Booked last minute. Was only £55. But wouldnt stay again unfortuantley! Stayed with the kids and it wasnt very clean. There was empty cigerette packs under the bunk beds. no rubbish bin. The lounge area was full of smoke and roll ups. The shower area was really smelly too. Im sorry to say.

Hi, I'm really sorry about the condition of the room. The smell of smoke in the lounge area seems abit far fetched as we don't allow anyone to smoke inside, but we do have the windows open in the lounge and people do smoke below them so that's the only source of the smell of smoke I can tell. I personally wasn't working then so I can't say for sure.

Just not a nice place to stay...its one saving feature was it was near to town and south pier. Room cramped...squeezed in double and single. Bed was actually comfy though! Chest of drawers falling to pieces. Little touches missing...two cups for three of us, no teaspoons. Bathroom asked us to place dirty towels on floor....there were no towels and none were mentioned when we were taken to our room. No personal touches...saw someone on arrival and that was it. Floors uneven in bathroom, hooks sticking out on walls...just totally inadequate.

Hi, I'm sorry about the condition of the room, however if you had come down to voice these concerns we could have sorted any problems for you, either knocking on the door down stairs, or pressing the doorbell which is located right next to the said door.

You don't go to blackpool to stay in your room!
Stayed overnight for the fireworks for what we paid it was great. Stayed in room 5 plenty of room, beds were comfy and the bedding was clean. Free WiFi and Paul the owner was friendly and polite. The hotel doesn't do breakfast but there are plenty of cafes around to choose from. It's a 5 minute walk from the car park and the promenade excellent location and was quiet at night. Even got a view of the tower!. Bargain as you don't go to blackpool to stay in your room ! Will definitely use again!

it was hell didn't even stay at the hotel
filthy sheets on beds with hairs in there also absolutely disgusting a rude young man on not even a reception he was standing by a bar which wasn't even stocked it was in bits nothing like the photos online there was dirty sofas in the so called bar area didn't look like it had been hoovered for however long misted up windows there is no way I would even leave a dog to stay here it was filthy when we questioned him about the photos all we got was there old photos and when we complained about the room he turned round and then offered to clean it which im sure should have been done before we arrived TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT STAY HERE ITS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!

Firstly, to address the bar issue, as the reason I provided when you asked about it, we do not have a license to serve alcohol anymore, so therefore the bar is not stocked anymore and is used as the reception. We agree the photos online are dated however there are so many sites online it's hard to find all the ones which contain older photos of the place, however as you have left a review on Expedia you can see thoses better reflect the state of our rooms. To address the accusations of being rude, I was never rude to you, I believe you only feel this way as I had asked for to pay half of what was owed for your first night as you had left foundation marks on all of the bedsheets in two rooms which we then had to replace. Finally with you arriving and beliving this was a four star hotel, and I had corrected you when you had told me this, you could of left there and then.

The condition of the reception and bedroom was terrible. In the bedroom, each wardrobe was falling apart, the beddings on the bed were dirty and terrible. The bedroom carpet was dirty, and the bedroom was cold, even after telling the person in charge that the bedroom was cold, nothing changed. The only good thing about the hotel is that, it is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. However my friend, family and I will not stay there again. Infact we feel cheated, and would like most of our money back As the rooms should be worth £10 per night, not £59.

Hi, to regards of the condition of the room, if you had voiced these problems I would of been able to provide you with another room, as for the heating, during your stay it was on constantly after you requested it to be on, however you had not said anything to me to suggest it was not working in your room.

The hotel new discovery was unimaginable, the stench of mould and state of the room was shocking. We ended up refusing to stay because felt it was very hazoudous to our health.

One disappointment after another!
As directed in the confirmation email we were told to call and make arrangements for checkin. Nobody answered the phone all day and we had to cut our visit with family short to make sure that we didn't get shut out for the night. There was no wifi, no food anywhere onsite, the whole place is rundown and falling apart. Paint is peeling off the walls, there was mold in our shower and the sheets were dirty. This place was disgusting. The guy who checked us in was nice but that's the only thing this place has going for it. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Hi Dayna, I'm really sorry about the condition of the room, however the room you had requested would have been on the top floor so I had to make a quick desision on giving you room that would of had enough beds that you asked. So the room that you was given was meant to be closed for refurbishment. As for the number shown on here, we're having trouble changing it due to how Expedia works. Finally as for breakfast, and WiFi it does state that neither was available. Once again, I can't apologise enough for any inconvenience this has caused you.
