Booked Sinatra Hotel because of the location and price. On arrival was advised it was closed? Luckily, there was a room at another hotel around the corner, the Roker. After a long journey just wanted to relax rather than all this confusion. Eventually on arrival at the Roker was confusion at reception, where the booking from the other hotel didn't correspond. My daughter was extremely upset that she was harassed for payment. The following day this was clarified and all was sorted out, but had left an impact on the visit as she felt intimidated with the thought of being kicked out of room for non payment. Never received an email to explain the change of alternative accommodation. When did challlenge and air my grievance was advised "to stop moaning you nag" from the owner of Sinatra. Thought this was totally unprofessional
