Great stay i9n ideal location

Great stay. Ideal flat for our numbers. Very clean with only feed back being the floor, although it looked clean could be doing with a mop. Really comfy beds and ideally situated for all the attractions. Cheap parking in the car park next to it. Loved the key pad entry making it really convenient for arrival and for letting people in and out. Would recommend and plan to use again.

The apartment was very clean and it was very close, about a 5 min walk, to all the main attractions like the tower and beach front. There was a very steep set of stairs into the apartment with no lift so if you have mobility issues or lots of small kids this probably wouldn’t be ideal.

Nice property in a good location and clean. But communication was poor, number given wasn't live, so only got contact on the day. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Couple of coat hooks and a mirror in the bathroom would really help. Thanks

Lovely apartments but not ideal for disabled folk

The apartment was lovely (but we had to swap because our apartment was at the top of the building and we both have disabilities. I knew there wasn't a lift in the building but wasn't expecting so many steep stairs. We ended up on the 2nd floor and there were 30 steps up to the floor so if you have any sort of disability I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere)

the apartment was not cleaned before arrival - we were notified via voicemail that this was the case - but did not get the message until afterwards. Apartment was then cleaned but communication was poor and via text message. The apartment slept 4 but only had 2 pillows! requested extra but they did not materialise. The sofa bed is designed for 1 person only - not 2. Apartment otherwise was ok

The property was more modern than other places in Blackpool the roof top terrace is amazing however some chairs left in landing for taking out and enjoying a nice evening would have made it better. A brush and mop & bucket in the property Is needed and some fans available to cool down the rooms. We had some small minor issues that we went down and mentioned staff were quick to deal with it

Blackpool Average Accommodation 2019

We had a great time in Blackpool & I would rate the accommodation as just basic. The beds were comfortable & big for a party of 6 people. The major negative aspect were the 3 steep flights of stairs that greeted us. My mum aged 74 was with us and really struggled. I don’t remember reading anything about the steps! Also no mention of parking we arrived by car & paid £20 for 48hrs. We were only a few minutes from the tram which was great! The apartment was close to all the shops & the tower. It’s in quite a noisy part of town across the road from a pub. Just would have been good to know this information prior to booking. We informed the agent about the broken toilet seat & no bath mat & they were fixed that afternoon. There were a few other smaller points that we didn’t mention but seemed like basic but were missing ... the glass wear was a bit weird: 2 pint glasses, 3 wine glasses & 3 champagne flutes not the best variety for kids. Also only 3 cups but luckily there were only 3 adults. The apartment seemed clean but there were cornflakes under the table when we arrived & the floor was stinking my feet after a shower were black within minutes. A WiFi password but no WiFi. Freezer door was broken & leaked a bit. No oven dish or baking tray. No bottle opener. No kitchen wash stuff or kitchen basics. We have stayed in a few apartment & were typically left with a welcome basket of basics to avoid a trip to the shop but not here. But overall OK

Not service oriented. No help with carrying luggage on long flights of stairs to third floor. No temporary luggage storage after check out. We were told to find a pub with our luggage to sit for hours until our transfer arrived. No mirror in the entire apartment. Washer/dryer was broken. One TV not working. Wifi not working. No blackout blinds for sleeping.

The apartment is in the perfect location its clean and has every thing you need only down side was i struggle with steps i am disabled but on crutches i can manage steps taking my time so dont need a disabled property but if you end up with the apartments on top floor like we did it is 3 lots of full size stairs to get to the apartment these steps are very steep compared to normal house steps and no where on the info when i booked did it say there was a lot of stairs but property otherwise was lovely if i was to stop again i would only book if i knew i was getting apartment 1 or 2 which is still 1 flight of steep stairs but better than 3 after a full day out in blackpool.
