Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was dilapidated. Not all facilities were open, only the formal restaurant for dining. No wifi in apartment

Breakfasts only 1 star. Coffee at breakfast bad. Some employees (not front desk staff) were having an argument when we were signing in at the front desk.

Excellent stay! Would visit again. Staff very helpful and hotel very well maintained.

Lovely clean room, big white fluffy towels friendly staff. Excellent fresh food and lovely pool, sauna, steam room and spa treatments. 10 minutes walk to Aberfeldy and lovely walk up The Birks. What's no to like!
