"Very comfy bed. Very clean room and updated bath. Couldn't regulate the minisplit. Blew too cold all night despite efforts to increase warmth so had to shut it off. Seet too small for bed... probably twin flat sheet on full size bed. So we had a cover pulling match all night. Lights are blinding in the bathroom. No plug for coffee maker that I had to request on arrival. Luckily I always bring a short 3-prong extension cord!"

"It was a fantastic stay. Everytime we walked by even into the night, there were atleast 1 or 2 attendants available at the front desk. First time I have ever seen a hotel staffed properly. They were kind and courteous. The lady that answered my call about 11am the morning of checkin/booking was extremely helpful. She was new and informed me immediately that she would call me back after she got the answer that was needed. And she followed through with her promise. I had originally booked for two people in a 2 bed room, but then found out a third person would be joining. They updated my reservation as I could not do so in the app, with it being the same day we were checking in. The only issue we encountered was that our room's ac was not cooling the room to 70 degree, it was warmer than it should have been per my Mother and Aunt (Room 212). Last, I had spilled orange juice on the entry way hard floor and wiped it up. The washcloth I used had a layer of gray on it. If the floor was mopped appropriately (unsure of state of carpet but it appeared clean) and if the AC was working properly, it would have been a perfect stay. I believe the hotel deserves a high rating still as other items in the room appeared clean and the front desk staff and breakfast clean up lady (unsure of title, sorry) were phenomenally nice and helpful. I would book again-to ensure a completely happy stay, please remediate the mentioned issues.Ensure to congratulate the staff mentioned above as they deserve it"

"This is the hotel we have stayed at the most in town because it's clean and convenient. The staff is always good but this trip they were great! They really interacted with and showed care for our kids and they were sad to leave. "

"The house worked perfectly for us. Very quiet neighborhood. Had everything you need. Even washed some clothes in the washer and dryer. Will try to stay here again if we are in the area."

"They were the only motel that had accommodation for 5 guest in 1 room which was a bonus. Both beds and the pull out couch bed was clean and comfy. Jetted tub in the bathroom. Sink and toilet was clean. Mini fridge worked great and was clean. They had a good hot breakfast available. Will definitely return if were ever back in clinton,mo. "
