Chinaberry House is a single story unit on a hillside corner property visible from the main street through the Blanchisseuse village. There is a second two storey house on the property.

This is in the heart of the village with nearby mini marts and village bars. The beach and Marianne river are within 10 minutes walk away.

Several hiking options are available starting in the village along the northern mountain range. Or go fishing or turtle watching on the beach according to the season.

Rent a car for the period of your stay to increase your beach options during your visit. En route to Blanchisseuse village from Port of Spain you will pass the famous Maracas Beach, Tyrico Beach and Las Cuevas Bay. Try a bake and shark at Maracas Bay, or just enjoy any of the beaches.

There is limited public transport in this area.
