"Room was ok but bathroom need a bit of attention. Breakfast advertised cappuccinos and fresh tomatoes but there was only filter coffee and tinned tomatoes which was a bit diappointing. Seemed popular for food with non residents"

"Handy for fhe metro centre, staff friendly and helpful. Room smelled a bit like dog - it's pet friendly so not that surprising. I stay here regulary, it's a good stop off for travelling further south and good value for money."

"I was in Newcastle to visit my niece, who is at university here. This hotel is incredible value for money. Location is great, room has everything you need and the bed is so comfy! Shower was powerful, everything very clean. One bedroom wall had scuffed paint, and I would have liked a cup or glass in the room for water at night, but none of this affected my stay. For the price of the room, I absolutely cannot fault it! Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, well stocked little shop downstairs. 1000% would stay here again - thank you so much!"
