"Stayed in April,2026. We upgraded to the premium all-inclusive at check in (get premium alcohol & free access/dinner to Mix)— we found this worth it as we ate at Mix twice for $150/each time. Good: amazing breath taking views. Nice resort. Very kid friendly. Making rsvp’s to onsite restaurants was easy. Phillipsburg is a great place to visit. Bad: Room was only cleaned once in our stay (expedia said it would be cleaned daily). The staff seemed a bit slow “island time”. Little slower than maybe expected/hoped. We think it’s an island culture. The pool bar is pretty small. The food was not top notch compared to other all-inclusives on other places we have stayed. Lots of “bar food” type dishes. The bed was extremely hard & we slept terrible. Overall: more of a kid/family resort. Nice island. Worth a stay for the experience & the views."

"Amazing food. Quiet room. Clean! Great location. Best hotel on the front street. Many restaurants near by. Beach right in front. You don’t need a swimming pool. Front desk staff can me more friendly. Slightly rude or neutral. But I will stay there again. "

"The Drive from the airport wasn't long. The Hostess was friendly, helpful and checked us in quick all I had to give was my name. The room was nice clean and spacious we had a queen size bed, the washroom had its linens and toiletries. Having a view of the beach and Cruise ships was nice. The location was perfect because it was literally close to everything. Convenience stores, shopping, restaurant and the beach. There were activities in walking distance as well. It was a lovely stay and we definitely will be back."

"Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula."

"This hotel is great for families, it has everything you need. The ocean view is amazing! The kitchen is always a must when i travel with family, we like to cook instead of eating out. The pink pearl restaurant at the building offers variety of food if you don't feel like cooking, you can also wash clothes if needed. The beach and boardwalk is right in front of the hotel, they offer free beach chairs for the guests, they offer stress free parking as well- as it can be very hard to find parking in the area due its busy streets. The cleaning lady was very nice. However bathroom has this constant smell i don't know where its coming from, one of the toilet barely flush as well. Front desk was great but i encounter one front desk lady where i kindly asked a question and she seems like she does not want to be bothered- it was my first time so i always do ask questions- this lady needs to be more friendly with guests. Overall, our stay was great. My family had fun and we will definitely come back again. Thank you."

"The property was very clean and spacious. If you enjoy cold AC, this place is it. Very quiet naighbourhood, except for at night with the naighbouring animals. The place was clean and the shower was awesome! We really like the people in the complex, super nice and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk into town, but we didn’t mind. We needed to walk off what we consumed. "

"Our host, Robin, was fantastic and met us to tour the premises even though flights and arrival were late. The house is spectacularly situated and we had views from every room. Our family group of 12 of all ages had an amazing time and there was space for everyone. It is a challenging drive to get there since roads on St Martin aren’t the best but we got used to it. Beaches abound and we went to a different one just about every day and spent plenty of time in our gorgeous pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and we cooked almost every night. Bathrooms were plentiful, almost one to each bedroom. We thought we were in paradise, the weather perfect each day and it was hard to leave. Thank you for everything! "
