"The rooms were clean. The food was ok. The drinks were ok. Not a huge selection but the pizza was our favorite. Fun to play bingo and watch the crab derby."

"We stayed at a beachside room on the first floor, which was remodeled and only steps away from the beach. The room was very clean with no problems. We really liked that entertainment was done by 9:00 or 9:30 each night so we could sleep without lots of loud noise, since we were so close to the music. The buffet was only a short walk away, as well as the triple pool and entertainment area. The views at the resort were spectacular. The only downside was having to sign for your meals and drinks, even though we were all inclusive. The wine at the resort was terrific as were all the drinks. We enjoyed all the food choices too. We loved our stay at this resort and hope to return again someday!"

"I had an enjoyable stay overall. The hotel’s oceanfront location is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful beach. Since I visited during the low season, the entire area was incredibly quiet, with many nearby bars and restaurants closed and the beach almost empty—which was exactly what I was looking for in my short business trip, and absolutely loved. The hotel’s restaurant was very good, offering tasty food and attentive service. The bar was also a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but they were clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the level of service at the front desk and the bar, which generally wasn’t very warm or welcoming. Fortunately, there were a few exceptions. Ruby, in particular, stood out with her kindness and friendly attitude, making me feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Overall, despite a few service-related issues, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would consider returning, especially for the peaceful atmosphere during the low season."

"For a project in town I was looking for an accommodation in the town and at walking distance from my project and the ferry (I live on 1 of the neighbouring islands). Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Back Street, it is a calm and clean haven with super friendly and helpful staff, offering just everything you need. Highly recommended!"

"We visited Sint Maarten for my sister's birthday, and this beautiful house was everything we needed to relax, connect, and have a good time. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, which was great; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook together, and the on-site house manager helped us with whatever we needed. The views were absolutely stunning, and the outdoor space was perfect for lounging around - not to mention the pool and how close the house is to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others traveling to the island."
