"Super quiet location with plenty of space for our family to spend time together/spread out. Balconies and pool area were fantastic. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location near Salema (and Lagos) was perfect. No shortage of beautiful hikes and charming towns just a few short drives away. We would definitely recommend! A wonderful place to stay."

"I can't say enough about the location of this place. Every morning I drank my coffee on the balcony and watched the waves on the beach. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves at night and woke up to them the next day. And there are a surprising number of wonderful restaurants and bars near by (I don't think Google Maps did this place justice). Everything you need is within walking distance, including a couple shops and grocery stores. If you're interested in surfing, this is also a very beautiful beach with some beginner-friendly waves. My husband and I loved this place so much and would happily stay here again in the future."

"We absolutely loved our time at this beach house! Although we ended up having some rain during our stay, we were more than happy to enjoy the beautiful accommodations. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with literally everything you could need. The outdoor spaces were stunning and peaceful. And Peter was an extremely generous host who assisted us significantly when our rental car situation went awry. Overall, we were so happy with our decision to drive the extra miles and spend time here."

"Incredible place! The space was huge and so comfortable. I just wish we had more time there. We were there at 1 but couldn’t check in until 4 which was unfortunate as it would have been nice to enjoy the apartment longer and have time at the pool. Next time we will stay for a few more nights!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Vicentina. Salema is a charming fishing village with lovely restaurants and beautiful surroundings. Staying in the villa feels like living in nature, with stunning views and a comfortable, warm atmosphere. The direct access to the Fisherman’s Trail was a big plus, offering great walking routes, and there are also good golf courses nearby. We would happily come back again."

"Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet and convenient spot in Burgau .Stephen was a communicative and helpful host prior to our trip . Furthermore Joao the property manager popped in to check that all was as it should be while we were there .Very comfy bed and plenty of hot water which is always a bonus .Check in was straightforward too. "We had a lovely stay in this property. The outside space with our own pool was fabulous and plenty of space. The property utself was a little tired but this could have been due to the fact it was the end of the season. A number of bulbs had gone including one on the staircase however the property was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable, the housekeeping in the middle of our stay was much appreciated. There was a walk to the beachdown downhill but very steep on the return. Burgau village is lovely with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants but not a party town which suited us. We would recommend this property"
