"We had an amazing stay and Christmas we had within this lovely Oast house. The host Alan was so accommodating from arriving to departure - Alan you’re the best! There is an amazing pub right next door called the White Hart, we ate there and the food was first class - the landlord was very friendly too. There is a Morrisons and Tesco within ten minutes up the road and wonderful country walks. Christmas itself was like being in the movie ‘The Holiday’ - we will definitely return and to also meet up with Alan again.Many thanks Alan Mark, Sharon and family "

"Both the bedroom and ensuite were very clean. People were helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of shops, supermarket and several restaurants. The place was built several hundred years ago so has plenty of beautiful features in the pub."

"Lovely place to stay, very beautiful and peaceful. Idyllic countryside, even heard an owl at night. Didn't meet the owners or see the dogs so can't comment on that aspect.Bed was massive and comfy.The place had everything you could need for a comfortable break.We did download the 'what 3 words app' which found the words but then directed us to Waze or Google maps, but despite having phones open on each app we had difficulty finding the location as it was 4.30pm and getting dark. We obviously found it and got in after a few hiccups. The place was quite chilly when we arrived so we turned the heaters on which worked a treat."

"We recently stayed at a Bloom Stays property - Lower Standen Farm, for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding with our close family. The property is absolutely stunning and was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was particularly well equipped to cater for a large group and having 2 dishwashers was a luxury we didn't know we needed!The communication from Bloom Stays was excellent throughout the process. They gave us a great recommendation for a caterer who came in and cooked a bbq for us all which was just perfect.We also managed to arrange to drop some things off at the property the evening before our booking which made our actual wedding day go much more smoothly without worrying about doing multiple trips.We had beautiful weather over the weekend which meant we were able to make full use of the lovely garden and surprisingly warm swimming pool.We will certainly look to book with Bloom Stays again in the future.Thank you."

"The cabin was so elegantly designed, and beautiful, including a sweet whimsy: little Starlights above the bed! Very comfortable bed, great shower, cozy and well appointed. It had a pocket meadow in front, as a shepherd's hut would, the sheep next door baaed cheerfully. Janet has the Most Beautiful Rose garden, and a lovely White garden-- best of both gardening worlds! Janet is charming and caring. It was a lovely place to stay, so close to Great Dixter Gardens! "
