Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! "Good nights sleep in comfy bed. Extra pillows supplied without asking. Good shower, soap and towels provided. Poor selection of breakfast options when we stayed , Wednesday thro to Thursday…..much more choice when we stayed a few weekends ago. In a good position road wise for the major roads. Easy, free parking. Colmar is lovely, but ask hotel for map before attempting because of finding car park near to where you want to be. "

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "We stayed at the Hotel Hannong for one night so we could tour old town Strasbourg. It was the perfect location. Close to the train station, close to the old city. The staff was amazing-super helpful, very friendly, and there to help in every way. We went to the outdoor lounge for drinks...rather 'rustic', but very pleasant on a warm evening. Our room was lovelt - modern and clean. City was great, two days enough (we even walked to the European Congress and the Parc d'orangerie, quite a distance). "
