"Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. Mini bar within the room was empty, but there was complimentary water and coffee. Pizza and pasta at the 1st floor restaurant were pretty good."
